Dale & Patricia Eason
Pastor & First Lady
Pastor Dale Eason received his call to ministry at the age of 16. Fully committing to his calling at the age of 21, he attended Jackson College of Ministries (JCM) and majored in Theology. During his training at JCM, he met Patricia, a music major.
The couple married in 1993. In 1996, they became full-time employees of Life Covenant Sanctuary. Their ministry has been wide-ranging, including Youth Ministry, Sunday School, Home Bible Studies/Outreach and Music Ministry.
Rev. Dale Eason was installed as pastor of Life Covenant Sanctuary on November 9, 2001.
Pastor & Patricia Eason, along with their three children, Alisha, Adrianna & Anthony, are passionately committed to the work of God and understand that strong churches are established by strong families.
Robert & Bianca Holland
Discipleship Pastors
Rev. Robert & Bianca Holland came to Life Covenant Sanctuary in early 2011. Rev. Holland has an Associate Degree in business from South Florida College and is a local business owner. Bianca has certifications in design & technology. They have been serving under the leadership of Pastor Dale Eason since 2014.
In early 2015, Rev. Holland received his ministers license, from the United Pentecostal Church. Following this he and his wife were installed as Youth Pastors.
In August 2021, they transitioned to the role of Discipleship Pastors. Their ministry has spanned Youth Ministry, Media Ministry, Home Bible Studies and Outreach. They are a both passionate about reaching the lost and sharing the gospel with whomever is willing to listen.
Luis & Tere Delarosa
Spanish Ministry Pastors
Pastor Luis & Tere Delarosa were installed as the
Spanish Ministry Pastors in August 2002. They are both mightily used by God to reach into the Spanish community with the gospel. Rev. Luis De la Rosa is an ordained minister and served for 13 years as the National Sunday School Liaison for Spanish Evangelism Ministries, UPCI. Tere De la Rosa is a licensed minister and serves as the Spanish Ladies Coordinator for the FL District. She has spoken nationally and internationally at ladies conferences, as well as written and published several books.
She also served for 8 years as the National Ladies Liaison for Spanish Evangelism Ministries, UPCI.
They both continue to serve our community locally as well as internationally.
Petru & Alisha DeLaGarza
Student Ministry Pastors
Rev. Petru DeLaGarza received his Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries from Urshan College. Since
May 2019 Rev. Petru DeLaGarza has been involved in numerous ministries at Life Covenant Sanctuary.
He serves as the Palmetto bible study director and leads the young adult group in Palmetto outreach weekly.
In 2019 he received his minister's license with the United Pentecostal Church and in early 2020, he was elected as the Florida Section 9 Youth Director. Rev. DeLaGarza is also a guest speaker at various youth conferences. His wife Alisha received her Bachelor's Degree in History & Education from the University of South Florida. Alisha, is no stranger to ministry as she is also the eldest daughter of Pastor Dale Eason. She has a strong background working in children's ministry, college & career ministry and as the music ministry director.
In August 2021, they were installed as the Student Ministry Pastors for Life Covenant Sanctuary.
Together this dynamic couple bring a strong biblical background and passion for teaching and preaching the gospel. We are excited to have them on the team.
